Relaunch your launcher and let it pull Mod 3.22.0. The game stays on 6.4.5.
Fair play
- You are now told when a moderator acts on your account. A warning, a chat mute, a suspension being lifted or a decision on your appeal shows up as a [STAFF] Moderation line in the game’s chat, right away if you’re online or the next time you sign in. You also get an email at your verified address, “You have received a moderator message on your account”, and the usual Discord message from Marla. The details, and the appeal form, are on your account’s Conduct tab on elefrac.com.
- Reports need a description. The REPORT form no longer sends an empty report, and the server refuses one. Tell us what happened; it is what the moderators act on.
- A report only attaches chat from the same day it was filed, never lines from days earlier.
- Chat in other languages is no longer blocked or flagged for words that only read as slurs in English. Names are still held to the stricter list.
- Our staff have better tools to inspect foul play and fairness, so reports get looked at with the match itself in front of them.
Team Deathmatch
- New to Team Deathmatch? There is no loot in it: everyone brings their own gear. The game now tells you so when you arrive, and again the first time you go down: press your EF Controller key (F8 by default), open Character > Loadouts, pick a loadout and Apply. It is on you from your next spawn.
- Ten premade builds now sit at the top of the loadout list, above your own slots: For Noobs (every gauntlet at Legendary, Springstep, Behemoth amulet, Slayer boots, Wanderer belt, every talent maxed), one build per class, and three role builds: Tank on Stoneshaper, Runner on Conduit with a Wind offhand, Glass Cannon on Frostborn with Fire. Pick one and Apply, or copy it to one of your slots and change what you like.
Chat
- The chat box no longer drifts away from its place on the main menu.
- Every match starts with a fresh [Game] chat. The menu keeps your history.
Spectating
- Spectating a friend who is playing in another region now takes you into their match instead of into an empty lobby there.
Fixes
- Fixed a crash on returning to the main menu after spectating or watching a match.
- Overlay text no longer runs off the edge of its window.
See you in the arena.
